Last week we celebrated Michelle's 23rd birthday. She's in a tough spot right now, having recently made the decision to get out of a very abusive relationship she's been in for over 5 years. Stacy, Michelle, her son Sulian, Fransie, Chezno and I ate stew, birthday cake and ice cream at my house. We played pin-the-tail-on-the-donkey, a homemade memory game (Stacy is a genius with entertaining children and adults), and hot potato. Yes, that's right we played hot potato, and I'm not afraid to say it was a lot of fun.
